The System Operator will staff our help desk operation and will provide technical assistance through all inbound/outbound communication channels. They will help customers diagnose and resolve technical hardware and software issues when possible and identify escalation situations when necessary. This position works with all staff but will be in direct support of our System Analyst who is responsible for help desk operations.
The System Analyst overseas all help desk operations and will make sure that all help desk requests are handled in a timely manner and resolved to customer satisfaction. The System Analyst will also work in a supporting role with other MFN staff to support all technical support needs of customers.
